Policies built on honesty, designs built on passion.
Terms & Policies
At BonLiving, we are committed to building relationships based on trust, transparency, and uncompromised quality. We understand that designing your home is both a financial and emotional investment, and it is our responsibility to ensure you feel confident and cared for at every stage. These Terms & Policies are designed to help you understand how we work, what you can expect, and how we protect your interests throughout the journey.
Scope of Services
These terms apply to all BonLiving offerings, including Bon Interior (complete interior design and execution), Bon Decor (styling and décor enhancements), Bon Bond (personalized engagement activities that make your space feel deeply personal), and Bon Go (assistance in purchasing furniture and décor, with the option of hourly designer support). No matter which service you choose, our processes, policies, and commitments remain consistent, ensuring a seamless experience.
Consultation and Design Process
Every project begins with a detailed consultation. This includes site visits, design discussions, and scenario-building to help us truly understand your vision, lifestyle, and needs. We treat this process as a dialogue—listening to both your spoken ideas and the subtle cues that reveal what comfort means to you.
Once designs are prepared, they are shared with you for review. We believe design is an evolving process, which is why we do not limit you with a fixed number of revisions. You are free to collaborate with us until the design feels completely right. It is important to note, however, that all designs, drawings, and concepts remain the intellectual property of BonLiving until the project is fully paid for.
Payments and Pricing
For transparency and fairness, our payment structure is milestone-based. Payments are collected in intervals—typically at the design approval stage, during material procurement, and upon installation or completion. This approach ensures you only pay as progress is made.
We also provide EMI and installment options for clients who prefer more flexibility. Work begins only after the agreed advance payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you choose to cancel your project before production begins or during the design phase, we will refund your advance after deducting a 10% administrative fee. This covers the time and resources invested up to that point. If cancellation occurs after production has started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable, as materials and resources are already committed. For cancellations made midway, billing will reflect the actual work completed until the date of termination.
Materials and Warranty
BonLiving takes great pride in using only high-quality, certified materials sourced from trusted brands. This ensures not only beauty but also durability in every project. To further protect your investment, we offer a 15-year warrantycovering structural and material defects.>
This warranty does not extend to everyday wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Natural materials such as wood, stone, and fabrics may also exhibit minor variations in color or texture—these are considered part of their unique charm and not manufacturing defects.
Timelines and Delivery
At the beginning of every project, we provide an estimated timeline for delivery. While we maintain a strong track record of meeting or even exceeding deadlines—over 90% of our projects are delivered on time—it is important to recognize that delays may occur due to factors outside our control. These may include client-requested changes, delayed approvals, late payments, or external factors such as shipping delays.
Rest assured, you will always be kept informed with timely updates, and we will work proactively to minimize any disruption.
Third-Party Contractors
BonLiving provides end-to-end execution of interior services. In cases where clients choose to engage third-party contractors independently, BonLiving cannot be held liable for damages, delays, or defects caused by those external vendors. Our responsibility extends only to the scope of work directly contracted with us.
Portfolio and Media Use
We are proud of the spaces we create, and with your consent, completed projects may be photographed or filmed to showcase in our portfolio, website, or social media platforms. While we may highlight the design work, your personal details—such as name, address, or contact information—will never be disclosed without your permission.

Your trust is our priority. By using our website, you agree to share certain information such as your name, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely to contact you regarding services, consultations, and project updates. BonLiving will never sell, share, or misuse your personal data with any third party.
The details you provide are treated with complete confidentiality and used only to enhance your experience with us. By continuing to browse our website and submit details, you consent to us using this information responsibly to connect with you.
Liability
While we take every measure to ensure smooth project execution, BonLiving cannot be held liable for delays or damages arising from external factors such as natural disasters, third-party vendor delays, or shipping issues. Our responsibility is limited to the work directly under our scope as agreed in the project contract.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India (Bangalore jurisdiction) until our operations expand to the UAE, where separate local terms will apply. Any disputes will be addressed under the applicable local laws.
Our Commitment
At BonLiving, your home is more than a project—it is a reflection of your story, your lifestyle, and your dreams. These Terms & Policies exist not to complicate our relationship, but to protect it, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage. By working together within these transparent guidelines, we can create interiors that not only look beautiful but feel deeply personal, enduring, and uniquely yours.
