About the Role
At BonLiving, we believe every home deserves a touch of design that feels personal and timeless. We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build client relationships, and grow revenue by connecting people with our premium interior design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into projects.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Conduct presentations, client meetings, and project walkthroughs to showcase BonLiving’s services.

  • Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

  • Report sales performance and forecast revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury services.

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to build long-term client trust.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
