About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and uncompromised quality. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while keeping the client’s vision at the center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects, from planning to handover.

• Collaborate with design consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring minimal deviations.

• Conduct regular site visits, quality checks, and progress updates.

• Handle client communication, providing updates and resolving queries proactively.

• Implement project management processes and ensure adherence to BonLiving’s quality standards.

• Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

• 7+ years of proven experience managing interior or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively.

• Keen eye for quality, detail, and design integrity.
