About the Role
At BonLiving, we believe every home deserves a touch of design that feels personal and timeless. We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build client relationships, and grow revenue by connecting people with our premium interior design solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into projects.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Conduct presentations, client meetings, and project walkthroughs to showcase BonLiving’s services.
Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Report sales performance and forecast revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury services.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to build long-term client trust.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
